Masses Offered by the Servants of Charity
Mass is offered at the Shrine of St Joseph and in all the homes of the Servants of Charity every day. As it was in the home of their Founder Saint Louis Guanella, every home of Christ’s Tabernacle is co-nsidered “Paradise on Earth.”
In the Shrine of St Joseph Mass is offered on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, a day of special devotion, Mass is offered at 8:30 a.m. with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until 4:30 when pilgrims pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet and receive Benediction.
Sunday Mass is offered at 10:00 a.m.
All Feast Days are celebrated generously; we approach our Blessed Mother in prayer before Mass when we pray the Holy Rosary and after Mass when we offer her the intentions of all who have asked for our prayers. As a community we pray the prayer of the Pious Union of St Joseph for the suffering and dying.
First Saturday the Anointing of the Sick is conferred during Mass to all those who are able to receive the Sacrament.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation may be approached before and after Mass.
The Servants of Charity will offer Mass for your intentions at the Shrine of St Joseph, in their residences for the handicapped in the United States and in the Mission Chapels of the Divine Providence Province (India, Philippines, United States.)
